The Edmonton Rush have come up with a new third jersey and we critique them in our E-Town bias. We make our weekly NFL picks. In the NLL we talk about Tracey Kelusky being traded to Buffalo. Mark and Josh give you an MLB playoff update and we go around the NHL. All with Mike Wilson, Josh Bourhis, and Mark Risdon

We are back as a trio for the first time in weeks, as Mark Josh and Mike are all coming together for an exciting show! We give you an update on CFL scoring, some controversial Eskimos news in the signing of Eric Tillman. NHL training camp kicks off and we talk about the successes of the rookie Oilers in a warm up tournament in our E-Town bias. We talk Baseball as there is a lot of playoff races within the divisions.
