Why must we walk in sanctification?

Sanctification is a condition that we believers should maintain so that God can have an opportunity to extend more of His goodness to us by fulfilling the original intent of the creation of mankind.

Let's begin by opening our Bibles to Matthew 1:23.

How do we know that we are living the right way, and how do we know when we veer off that right path?

And we have a special guest in the studio today, Apostle Samuel from the Virgin Islands.

Ask the Lord to have mercy on you and be your helper, and He will turn your mourning into dancing and clothe you with gladness! Can we escape from the trials and sorrows that drag us down? Yes!

We are in a tumultuous period but yes, we can escape! It's almost like a spiritual Goshen, when Egypt was suffering all the plagues but Goshen wasn't suffering. We can have a similar place of escape through Jesus Christ as His children!

We read in the Bible about signs in the sky, and now we see interesting things happening, so let's talk about today.

In Genesis 6 we read about the sons of God and the daughters of men. What does that mean?

Today we are talking about God's judgement on a world that has turned its back on Him.

Why have we been chosen? Why was Israel chosen? Most people think - "we were chosen to be saved, live blessed lives and prosper". The Word of God, by looking at the history of Israel, relates we have been chosen to fight, displace, uproot, replenish the earth with Heaven and God's glory.

Why is Israel so different - are they really special, chosen, called, blessed, and better than the rest of us? The response is a revelation that there were selected by the Creator to be the conduit to bless everyone else on earth or more specifically, the Gentiles. And why do we (the Gentiles) need to be blessed? The answer is that when we (Adam and Eve) agreed with the Adversary, we lost our connection to the Blesser or the original intent of the Creator to remain "blessed".

With all the excitement of Super Bowl Sunday and the parties and fun of it all - have we wandered too far away from the position of ambassadors for the Father and the position of builders of the kingdom of God? Are we wise builders? Or, have we, the elect Christians, believers become intoxicated with the wine of the world?
