The Flames up and down season continued as they dropped a Friday night tilt to the Jets and bounced back with a win on Saturday.

But most of the action was between the games as Darryl Sutter is stirring it up. Between calling out Johnny Gaudreau ahead of his milestone game and sitting Dillon Dube and Juuso Valimaki, it's the new coach isn't messing around.

We'll try to sort out our feelings today.
