Welcome back to the show! This time around the lads are back to discuss all things NRL as the 2022 season begins tonight in Penrith. The boys run through their top 8 predictions, favourites for the wooden spoon and debate who will be the first coach to be sacked. The Sharks and Bulldogs recruitment is also discussed, as well as whether the Storm and the Panthers can back up again for successive top seasons. The lads also talk Tom Trbojevic's chances of winning another Dally M, with Nathan Cleary missing the first few weeks of the campaign after his shoulder surgery. Enjoy the show!

The boys also discuss the upcoming matches in Inter Milan vs Liverpool and RB Salzburg vs Bayern Munich, including the selection dilemmas that Jürgen Klopp faces. The lads return for another week of sport as they discuss Australia's thumping 4-0 series win over England in the Ashes - the perfect start to Pat Cummins' tenure as Aussie captain. After the cricket, talk turns to the Premier League as Rafa Benitez loses his job as Everton boss - with the boys dicussing if Frank Lampard, Wayne Rooney, or Roberto Martinez will be the best fit for the job. The lads also run through Man City's expectancy of winning another EPL title, as Liverpool try to stay in the race with Salah and Mane away at AFCON. Additionally, the lads discuss Chelsea's attacking issues, West Ham's chances at Old Trafford, and the need for clarity on covid postponements in the EPL.

The lads are back to discuss the latest results in the FA Cup, League Cup and Premier League. No standout fixtures were drawn in the 4th round of the FA Cup, but Cambridge and Nottingham Forest provided upsets to Newcastle and Arsenal in the 3rd round. Chelsea knockout Spurs in the League Cup where they will meet either Liverpool or Arsenal, who are yet to play out either of their semi final fixtures due to covid. Southampton and West Ham won comfortably in their midweek EPL matches, as the lads preview the upcoming games on the weekend - including Manchester City vs Chelsea and Tottenham vs Arsenal in the North London derby. To conclude the show, the boys run through the latest EPL transfer news - including the likes of Philippe Coutinho, Lucas Digne and Chris Wood.

This week Jeremy and Elliot discuss the controversy surrounding the weekends Tottenham vs Liverpool fixture as well as previewing the upcoming boxing day fixtures. City got past Steven Gerrard's Aston Villa, whilst Chelsea grinded out a 2-1 victory against Watford under the floodlights at Vicarage Road.
