Paityn Noe was a two-time state cross country champion at Ballard High School. She will go after her 2nd 3,000 meter state title this spring and then take her talents to D1 powerhouse, Arkansas in the fall.
Jackson Heidisch won two state XC titles at Dowling Catholic and was 5th at NXN this fall. He will be chasing sub 4:00 mile this spring before heading to Duke.
Ford Washburn went sub 9:00 in the 3200 last spring, running 8:59 at the Drake Relays. The 3X top 10 finisher at state XC is going to take a shot at sub 8:50 this year before heading to D1 XC cream of the crop, Northern Arizona in the fall.
