I am a music & fitness enthusiast, creating sounds to motivate all to be legendary. I am no fitness expert, nor do I look to it as a profession, but over time I have come to look at fitness as a way of life that we all have the choice to tap into. These changes have made a big difference in my health and have become central to my life. Music, has also, always been central in my life and I eventually found a way to bring these two passions together, to help myself, and hopefully help others. We can all use music to inspire us and fuel us through those hard hours at the gym. I enjoy using my talents as a DJ to create mixes that motivate others on their own fitness journey.
