In this episode I had the extreme pleasure of having a conversation with Preston Mitchum @preston.mitchum and it was exactly what I thought it would be and more!  We talk about being unapologetic in who you are and what you stand for, the Black Excellence conversation in season 1 (a personal one for me), his advocacy in the entertainment space, learning to love the parts of yourself that society hates, a little bit of Martha's Vineyard season 2 and what he sees in his future.
