Today I’m talking about recognizing the signs of burnout and reducing it’s impact on home health nurses. Burnout does not happen overnight, it's a gradual process, so it’s very important to be aware of the signs and symptoms, and be able to recognize when you are in danger of burnout. Staff burnout is one of the many challenges home health nurses and clinicians face.
