Curious people will realize that the process of discovery is something that they must do every day; however, success can depend on ones determination to require an answer to the “why”.
It takes courage to withstand, persevere, and face the difficulties of the unknown. It takes courage to share insight that doesn’t seem favorable. It takes courage to admit when the ‘why’ still isn’t clear, and that you’re not sure when it will be.
Check out this blog to learn more about a few tools (Facts, Truth, and Process) that can support you in the courage needed to require the why (https://www.leapherellc.com/2021/11/16/courage/)

There are several paths to financial well-being. Julice Watchman shares insight from her journey. Thirty-three years ago, she was a high school valedictorian who went on to college to become a corporate lawyer. She didn't believe that path was her calling and put college on hold to focus on working. With the extra effort to pursue financial well-being over the last three years, she is now debt-free and exploring entrepreneurship.
Julice completed an associate degree before she became debt-free. She shares that the pursuit of higher education was a good challenge, helped her stay sharp, and paved the way for more roles and responsibilities later in life.
Education and career choices can be difficult to navigate in this environment. Stay encouraged, show up, ask questions, flex your grit, and find the right path. Be well

There are some things I know I can do better. Once aware, I repent, humble myself, and take steps toward doing better. These steps can add to the weight of positive influence.
Be just, be kind, and be humble. These actions sound easy. These actions can call also sound like something that "someone else" should be doing.
This episode issues a challenge to defeat the "bystander problem". Know that you are the one who can take small actions too. Society needs to connect or create fair employment opportunities for more people. Be the voice that drives the tipping point in the right direction for a local or remote employer.

Special Thank You to my nephew "Desert Bloom", (Akavian Thompson), for the music on this podcast!
I’ve been blessed to receive quite a bit of opportunity and access in my career, starting with the opportunity to test software through an internship at age 13. In 2017, my faith matched the call I felt to take my Leap into entrepreneurship and begin building a business to support sharing forward opportunity and access.
Following this call has been a pursuit of purpose, happiness, and a better state of being. This has been a powerful journey filled with success and several opportunities to improve.
Through this series I’ll be sharing a few thoughts and lessons from my current journey to inspire a few people to dream, train, and fight. Fight to be optimistic, find encouragement, find the time reflect, and find a way to be part of real-world solutions.
I’ve hit the ground, and I’m still Here. How do we move forward? Humbly. Giving and receiving grace, seeking to learn how we can create and support solutions.
