Matt`s southern work mate is up from down south, we discuss friend / workship, all things south and north with the odd bit of sport chat.

This week, we relive the Firth wedding and also speak about the Barnsley 10K, how Matt wasn't involved and how he was recently fat shamed.

Matt & Chloe are back from a week in Malgrat de Mar, where they lived the all-inclusive dream.... at an adults only hotel full of pensioners. They also head to the Spanish Grand Prix whilst out here, believing it was the last race to be held in Barcelona before heading to Madrid.

Matt went to Benidorm for his first stag do abroad, whilst Chloe went to Chester on a more sophisticated hen do. No guesses for who came of worse.

A recent trip to Scarborough for Alex`s 30th birthday in a dog friendly hotel so we can take our spoilt dogs.
