Senior running back Jaxon Hicks was named the Thomas A. Simone Award winner, which is given to the best high school player in the area. Jason Maeder has spent 25 years teaching in LPS and also served over 30 years in the United States Army National Guard with several deployments. He joins us this Veterans Day to discuss balancing both commitments and getting to keep coming home to Liberty Public Schools.
