It’s a tool kit of what you can do to feel uplifted and back in alignment.

When we focus more on the things that bring us joy, rather than things that don’t, our energy shifts and I’m down for that, Are you ?

Choosing to feel in a high vibration over a low vibration can sometimes be easier said than done!

We can so easily make the choice to stay longer than necessary in a low vibe while actually preferring to be in a high vibe.

I’m sure most of us can relate to this.

Here are my thoughts on ways that may help.

As I sat reflecting back the other day I was taken back to an old council house I lived in and the exposed awful pipes in the bathroom.

At that time my focus was on how much I disliked them which didn’t get me anywhere.
