Welcome to In The Moment with Stephen Cipes. A weekly conversation of exploration, filled with fun, funny, mysterious, intriguing, revealing, engaging, eye-opening, and educational topics of discussion.
In this first episode, Stephen reflects on several world tragedies including the war in Israel and the aboriginal children recently found in mass graves in Canada. Stephen and his co-host Matthew Jensen discuss how we can take something that is otherwise sad and find the light within the situation and celebrate it. Balance is so important in this life, find the yin to your yang.
You’ll hear Stephen recount an eye-opening trip to Ethiopia and some fond memories of working with David Suzuki. He’ll also touch on the current suffering of our planet and the rise in processed food. The time is now for us to take back our power and holy oneness. We are in the midst of a great awakening.
Stephen also considers the importance of apology and forgiveness. He urges you to recognize that none amongst us are better than the other, we are all equal and of the same oneness. In the moment where we experience full forgiveness and are able to let go, there is eternal peace and joy.
When we are in the moment, we never know what we are going to get.
When we are in the moment, we are open, we are one, we are all one forever beings.
