This week on the Harness Players’ Podcast, Edison Hatter, Mike Pribozie, and Garnet Barnsdale talk about Edison's recent trip over to Sweden for Elitloppet as well as Garnet's recent trip to the States for TheStable.ca's Open House at Northfield Park.

Later in the show, the trio chat about the big card this Saturday at Woodbine Mohawk Park. The card includes three eliminations for this year's North America Cup in Races 3, 5, and 7. Edison, Mike, and Garnet also discuss the Fan Hanover eliminations in Races 4 and 8. Several other eliminations will take place this weekend at Mohawk over the Friday and Saturday cards.

Mike Pribozie is joined by Kirt Contois of the Assiniboia Downs broadcast team for a special feature on the Western Canadian racetrack.

They dive into key statistics for the meet, from top riders to track configuration, and then go over the Pick Four sequences for Monday and Tuesday. The Pick Four carries a low 15% takeout, $1 minimum, and goes as races 4-7 on those cards.

We start things off with PTF chatting with Will Humphrey about some of the horses on his "watch list" that will be appearing this weekend at Saratoga. They also reflect on the Saturday stakes at Churchill Downs, discuss the bounce theory, and Will gives his perspective -- as a former rider -- on the decision to replace Tyler Gaffalione aboard Sierra Leone in the Belmont Stakes.
