Arron began his career in 1998 at The Magma Group in his hometown of Boston, where he focused on building and launching the largest college student marketing organization in the country, Team Magma.
After changing coasts to LA, the move brought new opportunities, and upon relocating to Los Angeles, Arron was brought in by Justin Timberlake as the Director of Marketing for his tequila company, 901 Silver. After a successful brand launch in 2009, the company was acquired by Jim Beam/Fortune Brands, and continues to be a popular tequila brand in the category.
In 2012, the music industry came calling, and Arron joined JAM, Inc.—a boutique firm focusing on the management of the estates of deceased, legendary musicians. During his tenure at JAM, Arron was part of the team for the Estates of Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, Muddy Waters, Ramones, Rick James, Henry Mancini, and Peter Tosh among others.
A marketing & music management guru - Arron Saxe has built a number of strong relationships in the space of estate & legacy management. In 2019, Arron was named Vice President of Estate Management for Universal Music Group in Los Angeles, somehow accomplishing this while remaining a die-hard Boston sports fan.
Arron is as authentic a person as you'll ever meet, in this episode we discuss the music business (Wu-Tang Clan/the current state of Hip-Hop), sports, and growing up with an incredible mother to show him the pathway to success.

Courtney is a true competitor and an unbelievable spirit. Also, burden vs. opportunity - are they really different? Maybe it's just all in your outlook. Amazingly, it relates to life outside of sports, especially in our current state of affairs in our country.
Courtney is a badass among badasses, she is the standard by which all badassery is measured.
Courtney's career started with a bang, she bagged a couple of wins during her first few years on Tour and finished in the Top 10, but her transformation into a contender happened in 2015 when she won events in Western Australia, Brazil, and Portugal.
Early in the 2018 season, Conlogue suffered a foot injury and was forced to withdraw from four critical events. Despite the setback, she went on to win the Vans US Open at her home wave as well as the Roxy Pro France.
She finished off the 2018 season in the No. 8 spot on the Jeep Leaderboard, showing zero signs of slowing down. She then claimed her 12th career Championship Tour win at Bells in 2019.

So we've all been quarantined and there's no live sports - even worse, there's no March Madness! No college hoops!
We took matters into our own hands, by building a 16-team bracket to determine the best college team of all time (since 1980). We chose 4 teams from each decade, '80s, '90s, 2000s, & 2010s. We're seeding them in a bracket and voting on winners courtesy of social media voters and a committee of basketball wizards and wizardettes.
Finally, the truth will be told! The Social Distancing-based March Madness bracket to determine who the all-time great team really is!
