This week I catch up with Virginia Beach skateboarder David Rose aka Sketch. We discuss his life skateboarding, our friendship, and his time in Philly and Baltimore.

This week I wanted to put out some of my favorite music that inspired me. Tori and I catch up over morning coffee on these crazy times and share some tunes that we hope will help people get through the quarantine. Interviews will hopefully return soon! 

This episode I check in with Gary Smith of VU Skateshop and see how the business lockdown is effecting skate shops. And I talk with Rachel Resch of Keller Williams Integrity and get some insight on how small businesses can weather the storm. Also get some insight on how this effects the real estate market.  

Rude is a skateboarder and singer of Jakkpot. His list of accomplishments is long. We talk about history of skatepark scene in MD, the underground music scene, starting Stikkyfingers, working for Skull Skates, crazy stories from the road playing music, skating and his life now.

Jeff is a man of many talents. He is a great skateboarder and musician, that has gone on the make a path in the music industry, as well as playing in is own bands. He was a tour manager for Hank Williams III and Tomahawk, and drum tech for many bands such as The Melvins to British super group Elbow. Later a production manager for big music venues in Baltimore and Silver Spring, like Fletchers, Soundstage, Bourben St, Ottobar and The Filmore. He currently is a personal trainer for Merritt Health and a clothing designer for 1988 clothing line.

Rodney Jones is a Pro Skateboarder from Baltimore MD. We talk about growing up and being discovered, moving to CA, turning pro for Powell, traveling the world multiple times with the biggest names in skateboarding, before losing it all and then rebuilding his life from the ground up. You do not want to miss the first 15 minutes of this interview..special surprise! Historic episode!

Bobby and Jason are old friends and skateboarders that grew up next to Lansdowne Skatepark in Baltimore MD. They share stories of growing up together, getting sponsored, traveling, partying, and becoming entrepreneurs. Really fun episode with a lot of insight into the early Baltimore skate scene. 

Jason owns Charm City Skatepark. He is a longtime contributor to the Baltimore Skate scene. We sit down and talk about his life and adventures growing up, riding for Sports Ellite, then opening his own shop. Then creating and operating Baltimore's only indoor skatepark.
