Coach Daniel, grew up in Buffalo, NY loves hockey since he was a little kid. His dad was involve with hockey and Daniel just follow his passion. Daniel tells us many stories about different players and coaches because before he became an author, he works many years with Bauer as a salesmen for skating fit.

It was great talking and learn his experience with Al Arbour, Michael Bossy then the "FRENCH CONNECTION" line with the Sabres. After he quits Bauer he starts to write books about hockey and a new way to help teams to win more games.

You will learn his principles of 4 pillars in the WIN MATRIX NOW concept. Coach Daniel tells us the 4 pillars but the difference of what the pillars do for a hockey team.

For the episode #4 we have the privilege to get Stefano Cantali originally from Montreal, QC goaltender with the Luven Chiefs in Belgium.

The story of Stefano is very impressive and amazing. You will learn from him his mindset of greatness. He was reject over 10 times before he got a chance in Junior AAA and then got an opportunity to have a scholarship in NCAA and sign his first professional contract this year.

His story of perseverance has to be listening for young players. Never give it up and have a dream to do everything possible to reach his goals. I suggest you to share his story with your family and friends. You will learn during all those years he was not defeated and he continues to push himself to get better.

Finally, at the end of the podcast pay attention how he got his contract professional. Over 180 emails to coaches and hockey club and he got only ONE yes and now he plays in Belgium... Amazing lesson of life.

He will talk about the hockey in Europe and how hockey is Switzerland becomes very popular in the last few years with some born players in this country play now in NHL.

The Goalie Coach for Aberdeen Wings Josh Aycock is in the penalty box with Coach Frenchy for episode 2. The young man Coach Josh is working with the Wings for over 5 years now and talks about how and why he becomes a coach.

One the youngest coach in NAHL, Coach Josh talks about his mentors, his path and what it takes to reach that level. He talks about at your age he learned about mindset and leadership from his family but then from his mentor Steve Briere, goalie coach for Toronto Leafs in NHL.

We did it. Yes, after many months of hesitation to start a podcast, I finally create one about something i love and i care Hockey World. During our first episode, you will learn more about the host Coach Frenchy, why inside the penalty box, the mission, the vision and the goals of the Coach Frenchy podcast.

During the pandemic of the virus, we decide to take advantage to stay-home and create some opportunities to growth not only in personal development but in business. So, we studied new ways to do podcast, become an entrepreneur and learning to work more from home.

So not only decide to start a podcast call: In the Penalty Box with Coach Frenchy but also launching a virtual Hockey Summit in August 2020. We want to spread the words of hockey all over the world for boys and girls. 

Our mission of the podcast is for everybody. Not only professional side but everybody involve in hockey by teaching 3 values we believe can be teach and learn from our guests and us:  LEADERSHIP - POSITIVITY - GREATNESS.
