I’ve been house hunting plus finishing up on a certification course. So finally I get my Monday nights back.

I’m doing a live podcast just to have fun tonight.

I’ve been dealing with great and unusual challenges in the past couple of weeks. Today is mental health awareness day. I thought I’d share a little bit of my most recent journey and my pursuit of personal joy.

Boy what a ride! I’m living in a weird vibration and time and place feel like I’m not even here anymore. I know that’s weird but I went from on the verge of being lost and without a home to being stranded in a city with no family or friends or money. That’s right. I ditched the old self and took a huge risk. My subconscious screamed no, it’s scary. I said yes. I’m running this show now. This season will be even more interesting. Stick around.

Is good health all in our heads? I share a little story about someone who returned from death to recover from cancer who learned it was caused by her thinking. Also when did you last take vacation? Not even a weekend getaway? You may consider starting now.

I’m reminded you of the time my mother died (twice) over a decade ago. I was far away and little did I know I’d embark on a journey as she transitioned out. Watching the burial of Queen Elizabeth II reminded me that other remarkable people also need to be seen off for their eternal voyage. How we live is important but how we go out and how that touches
other’s lives is even more so.

Week one of my attempt to start triathlon training or conditioning led me to think about the small adjustments we make that could make it break us.

Serena Williams is getting a lot of hate for what, trying to compete still at forty or because she’s controversial? I say I’d retire while on top but that’s just me. What if people like her can’t let go of their successful selves and undertake a new version of themselves? I discuss how when we master ourselves there’s a good chance we’ve become obsolete. The alternative is to keep growing.

Well, it seems like I started this podcast yesterday but here I am. Looking into starting a new season in September. I have some new format ideas for the next stage of the podcast and about documenting my own life's journey of transformation. I hope you continue to join me on this endeavor. Did you have a personal bully as a kid? I did. In fact, I had several over my school years until I hit junior high then life was a little bit more bearable. I've also had bullies at work as a grownup. You know who they are. The sad thing is, unless they access their own minds and deal with the internal struggle within their transformation into a joyful and accomplished individual will not be possible.
