Ex-professional footballers Sam Aiston, Gav Cowan and Dave Edwards, reflect on their long careers playing in the English and Welsh football leagues.
All spent long periods of their careers with Shrewsbury Town, and they bring stories of their time together with Town and more.
The lads are joined by ex-Shrewsbury Town, AFC Telford, and Solihull Moors winger Ryan Barnett, who is now part of the Wrexham revolution.
