As Jesus was approaching His Bar-Mitzvah -becoming a son of the law-, He already understood He was the Son of God, and He was incarnate for a purpose. That purpose was to be -about the things of His Father- in heaven. Things that are above, not things of this earth, as to what He was to be about. We too Beloved, ought to be imitating Jesus being about our heavenly Father's business, loving and serving Him.
