I'm back after an unexpected absence, providing some value on where you should put your reviews online.

Today I take a minute to explain the difference between marketing and advertising, talk about a SWOT analyses, and then walk through a conceptual analysis, advertising strategy, and how it all ties together to make for an effective and intelligent ad spend.

The majority of today's episode covers topics related to growing and hiring during the current pandemic. I talk about motivation, drive, determination, mindset, and why some contractor's are shutting down while other's are having record-breaking sales. 

A few recommendations on how to go about setting yourself up to hire and find good employees, and why some guys struggle.

I also share a bit of a personal anecdote about a professional photo shoot gone wrong.
