Life happens outside your comfort zone. I am going to take it one step further and add, "outside your habitual patterns".  Habits are good, until they aren't. They turn bad when they cut us off from new experiences. You wouldn't plan a vacation, only to look forward to your return home, would you? Never! So why do you do that with your day? Your life is composed of your days.  Open up to the possibilities within it and you open up to a new experience of life.
