Join @thefilmbee with League members @rosasreviews, @valeriekalfrin, @jmamenn and @shespoiledit to talk about the issues faced by female film-makers, and discuss ideas on how these can be resolved.

Yes. Doris Day. You have to listen now right?

It’s also our first birthday! So it’s time for Bee to actually learn about Baseball. And for Kate to finally know what Dungarees are.

@valeriekalfrin also gives us a mini review of Disney’s new live-action remake of Mulan.

As COVID-19 sends us all into self-isolation, the ITOL team virtually get together to answer a bunch of questions set by our twitter followers.

Join @TheFilmB, @jmamenn, @ocaelyn, @SheSpoiltIt and @elpeevio as we find out which Leaguer can't drive, why Children of Men is a feel-good film, what made us all want to be film critics, and some films you might want to check out whilst in isolation.

*Warning. This episode includes some 'interesting' impersonations and Stephen decides to wrest the potty mouth crown from Bee.

Above all everyone - be safe, stay inside as much as possible, and remember the health of others, not just yourselves

For more ITOL goodness:

Our 6th episode of the In Their Own League Podcast has Editor and Founder Bee (@TheFilmB) talking to our Assistant Editor and other founder, Rosa (@rosasreviews) who attended her first Film Festival. And when ITOL team members try something new, they go all in. Rosa went straight to the top table and attended Sundance. She also managed to kidnap William (@filmsnobreviews) and Chai (@chaisimone) from Film Snob Reviews.

So before we let them go, we find all about the festival, what attending it is like, and get some insight into the films that impressed them all this year.

Also, William makes a bold Oscar prediction that we want you to all hold him to.
