In a nation as big as the IC, there's bound to be a few anti-government groups. This episode gives you an overview of some of the most important ones, and the citizen and government groups dedicated to fighting them.

The International Commonwealth runs on a propaganda machine and that's the focus of the first half of the episode but then Cato runs out of stuff to say about it and pivots to a different topic entirely.

In this episode, Cato discusses the Academy system, how the IC fights, and the propaganda of the IC. The episode gets a bit dark at the end, and Cato's sure that the IC are some of the worst guys now.
