Jesus used the Sower, the Seed and the Soil to tech about mankind’s reception of God’s Word.
There are many who hear God’s Word, but very few live it.
Some accept it for a short time, only to allow sin and self to choke out the Word.
In this parable Jesus makes some important points before He really begins to impart, into the understanding of His disciples, the meaning and the significance of this parable.
