This episode is the first part of my final analysis of the counterculture.   We examine the implications of the worldview assumptions perpetuated by the counterculture and their impact upon the broader culture.

This episode examines the initial goals and planning that launched the infamous concert at Altamont Speedway in 1969. 

Today we explore the myths and reality surrounding Woodstock.  We look at how popular memory has shaped the concert for us and how that clashes with reality at times.  We also consider how God's common grace impacts us and how it sheltered all those who were involved in the concert at Woodstock.  

In this episode we will explore the historical and cultural factors that surrounded the organization and planning of the concert that became known as Woodstock.  Note:  Dwight Eisenhower died in March of 1969.
