This is an amazing podcast to both help you relax and pump you up! I was blown away to hear Marisa say that we could multi-task while listening and it would still work. As a long time meditator, I was skeptical. So I tried fiddling on my computer while listening...and it DID work!!! I'm sure it will be even better to close my eyes and give it my full attention. But, this is super cool because Marisa blends a unique and fun style of affirmations and meditative aspects to allow this to benefit anyone, anywhere, anytime. Marisa is the go-to girl for meditations that make you feel like a superhero! Her story is incredible and inspiring and her podcast is exactly what you need to feel better - mind, body and spirit. Its fun and funky and like nothing else out there. Basically, this podcast rocks!

 

 

Everyday is a beautiful day - we just need to take the time to appreciate it. This quick positive affirmation meditation helps you feel the beauty of the day, inside and out. 

This is my take on Abraham Hicks' rampage of appreciation. Abraham Hicks teaches about the Law of Attraction. Essentially, we attract what we feel. If we feel appreciation for each and every moment, we attract more moments that cause us to feel appreciation.
