Usually I write The JV Team Podcast episode descriptions in third person telling the audience what this weeks listen entails. However, this episode is more of a personal one so I want to get on a personal level.  This week I am here to share some stories I have yet to tell my best friends because of how suppressed these memories were. Reflecting and being vulnerable helped me realize that everything that has happened has made me stronger and everyone's story deserves to be heard.
