Making changes to improve your life can be a challenge. When other people find it their business to monitor and even police what you're eating, achieving your goals can be exponentially more difficult. In this episode, I cover my usual Week in Review, and focus on food shaming, body image bullying, losing relationships and self-shaming. I also touch on why we as humans food shame, and how we can combat these situations.
How do I get over it? I have several reasons for this journey, but one primary source of motivation. I'll give you a hint, it's not my dress size. It has to do with my wellness score. Tune in to learn if I'm passing or failing, and to learn what I'm doing to reverse the damage.
