109: “Inconceivable Accident” - The Death of Vincent Rowell - Walker County, Alabama

An arrest, a foot chase, and four flat tires.

On September 30th, 2009 Vincent Rowell took a dump truck from the Jefferson County Lot. 

Spike strips were deployed and the truck rolled to a stop, after a foot chase Vincent was arrested by Sumiton County Police. 

He was eventually transferred to the Walker County Jail and approximately a week later he was found deceased in his cell.

The medical examiner ruled his death accidental due to an automobile crash, but there’s no record of a wreck? What really happened to Vincent? Why are so many people dying at the Walker County Jail?
