Jeff Lawson is a Mixed Martial Artist who is the owner and head coach at Ippon gym in Bournemouth. Jeff has competed in Judo, BJJ and MMA most notably in the Ultimate Fighter series 9 UK v USA. He has also competed on Polaris where he has become a fan favourite with his combination of Judo and Jiu Jitsu.
