Monologues about Doctor Who: not too serious or heavy, but something to be entertained by (hopefully) and to muse on (hopefully)...
This episode is examination of disability representation in Doctor Who, hopefully done with some insight and a lightness of touch. Not a lecture by any means - part history lesson, part anecdote, part observation, it hopefully sheds some light on a subject often overlooked or ignored. As ever though, the main intention is to amuse or divert ... albeit by doing a deep dive into the minutiae of a certain aspect of a particular television show about running a lot and sometimes blowing things up.
Trigger warning: Issues of disability is discussed, including some unpleasant experiences at the hands of others.
