    happening under age 40 and 50% under age 50.

    the general population.

A Director, Artist, and Animator with a Master of Fine Arts, Kirandeep’s unique storytelling merges art and cinema, making him a significant figure in global filmmaking. He holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Academy of Art University, California.


    In this podcast, the discussion delves into Kirandeep’s creative journey from India to becoming a filmmaker in California. His upcoming movie, Boundaries, is about a group of women in suburban California who form a cricket team, challenging societal norms and transforming their lives one game at a time.     Vikram Vij is an Indian-born Canadian chef, cookbook author, and television personality, known for his acclaimed Indian cuisine restaurants Vij's British Columbia, Canada.

    He is also renowned as one of the "dragons" investors on the hit Canadian reality series, Dragon's Den. He was born in India and grew up in India in Amritsar, Delhi and Mumbai. He left home at the age of 20 to start his culinary journey abroad and began working in Austria and studying Hotel Management. During this time, a Canadian hotelier tasted his creations and immediately invited him to savor Canada's culinary possibilities. Vikram immigrated to Alberta in 1989 and started work at the Banff Springs Hotel. He opened his first restaurant, Vij's, in Vancouver, Canada in 1994 to great success.
