· Make Archery, Firearms and Muzzleloader Licenses antlered only.

· Change Bonus Antlerless Deer License to a comprehensive antlerless license.

· Change Deer License Bundle bag limit to one antlered and two antlerless license

· Bundle crossbows into Deer Archery License

· Change CheckIN deadline to 24 hours from harvest

· Remove minimum caliber restrictions on muzzleloaders

While we don't delve into property specifics or details, it is a great overview discussion of public lands and may provide some understanding on what they're tasked with year to year managing them.
