Signature Cocktail: The Ravenwood This is a drink that knows how to show someone a good time. Boy, it’s something. 1 1/2oz blended scotch* 1oz grapefruit juice 1/2 oz lemon juice 3 dashes Mr. Bitters Fig & Cinnamon Bitters** 1 tsp demerara or brown sugar 1 dash soda water citrus peel for garnish Combine sugar and bitters in a rocks glass and stir until sugar dissolves. Add juices, scotch, and soda water, add a large ice cube, and spin the glass twice. Twist a citrus peel over the drink, rub along the edge of the glass, and serve. *specifically something middle of the road.
