The magazine The Atlantic revealed National Security Advisor Mike Waltz inadvertently added its editor in chief to a group chat on the Signal app concerning planned air strikes in Yemen. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth posted specific information about the timing of those strikes in that chat.
