Hanover University's Coach Theobald kicks off the final hour talking about their football teams dominant 62-3 victory over Anderson University. Their amazing performance on offense was credit to an unstoppable running game. They also matched that with their defense holding Anderson to only 8 yds rushing. Theobald also looks ahead to the Panthers three remaining games this season, hoping the team will finish strong against two undefeated teams. IST mainstay Brendan King joins Coach Lovell to talk Butler Bulldogs basketball as they celebrate the return of Thad Matta in an exhibition game today. The Bulldogs also beat Morehead State in football tonight. Their team is now 6-2 on the year. Coach wants BK's take on the Colts/Commanders game. Lastly, Coach Lovell has his weekly talk with Paul Caundry as they break down the first week of high-school football playoffs and the matchups for next week!

Kurt Darling joins at the top of the 10 o'clock hour to talk about the IHSAA State soccer finals. Noblesville defeated Carmel 1-0 in the 3A State Championship. Noblesville had 25 shots during the game to Carmel's 6. Darling also had the 1A matchup. Park Tudor defeated Fort Wayne Canterbury 3-0 in the 1A State Championship. The game was scoreless going into half-time but Park Tudor broke out and won in the later half. This championship will lead to Park Tudor petitioning to go back to 2A next season. Irish Illustrated's Lynn Clark then comes on to discuss Notre Dame's victory over Syracuse. They have managed to come back to .500 on the season with a 4-4 record. Notre Dame really was able to seal this victory with turnovers and 3rd consecutive game with a blocked punt. Clark believes that Notre Dame could beat Clemson if they keep up this level of performance next week. Then Coach Lovell and Clark break down the Notre Dame basketball team and their upcoming season. Coach finishes out the hour talking about the Indiana Pacers, and Indianapolis Colts with Update Anchor Ryan Soel.

Greg Rakestraw calls in at the start of the program to talk about the University of Indianapolis football teams 42-16 win over Missouri S&T. UIndy managed to score this decisive victory even missing their star running back and using a backup quarterback. The Greyhounds are currently 4-0 in their division and will be playing in a conference championship next week. Rakestraw previews the potential NCAA Division 2 playoffs might work. UIndy is looking for a win over Truman State in order to qualify. Both teams are 7-1 on the season. Rakestraw and Coach Lovell tease the upcoming Bob Lovell Bowl coming up in college basketball. Talk turns to the Washington Commander and Indianapolis Colts game on Sunday. Shaquille Leonard might be coming back after only playing a small handful of snaps this season. Sam Ehlinger will be getting his first NFL start as quarterback filling in for an injured Matt Ryan.

For the last hour of Indiana Sports Talk, Coach Bob Lovell is joined by Brendan King who first talks on Butler’s weekend football and soccer win. For their homecoming football game, Butler defeated the Marist Red Foxes 31-10, and the Butler men’s soccer team won their Senior Night game against St. Johns 2-1. They also talk the upcoming Colts v. Titans and the Houston Astros’ MLB playoff 3-0 lead over the New York Yankees. Coach Bob is then joined by Dr. Len Clark of Irish Illustrated to discuss how consistency is key for the rest of Notre Dame’s season after their confidence-building, 44-21 win against the UNLV Rebels. Marian University ends Concordia Cardinal’s home winning streak of 27 games with a 24-7 defeat. Marian University Head Coach Mark Henninger shares his thoughts on why it wasn’t a “pretty win,” but looks forward to the bye week. Coach Bob Lovell then has Purdue Radio Network’s Rob Blackman on Indiana Sports Talk, and he explains his disappointment in the tough, outlying 35-24 loss for Purdue against Wisconsin Badgers. Jeremiah Johnson of Bally Sports then joins to talk the Pacers opening week 124-115 win over the Detroit Pistons, and expectations for the Pacers’ upcoming road trip games, beginning in Philadelphia.
