Marc W. Polite is an award winning writer from New York City. He is the founder of Polite On Society, a blog of political analysis and social commentary established in 2009. Most recently, Marc was recognized by the New York Association of Black Journalists at the Awards Gala for “Best Blog Commentary” of 2014. His progressive political commentary has been featured in such places as Time Magazine, Black Star News, Harlem News Group, The Grio, The Atlanta Post, and the New England Informer. In addition to blogging and freelance writing, Marc also has taken to traditional publishing via his company Upstart Publishing. “The Poetic Ruminations of Mr. Born Nice”is a chapbook of original poetry. Released in 2013, “Poetic Ruminations” has garnered enthusiastic support on the spoken word circuit. He has been featured from venues ranging to The Shrine in Harlem, to a gathering of the Baltimore Poets Society at the Enoch Pratt Library in Maryland. Marc is currently promoting his latest work- a collection of essays titled Everything To Learn, Nothing To Teach.

Felisha has spent her entire life making the necessary moves to reserve herself a space amongst the entertainment industry’s biggest and best. Booker realizes that in order to win, a fearless prowess must also accompany professional business savvy. Felisha’s interest in the music industry was born during her time as an A&R representative at UNEM Entertainment Group an independent record label based in Cleveland. Late nights in the studio working side-by-side semi-seasoned producers birthed a desire to create an outlet for aspiring producers with little or no chance of being discovered, which later became Dynamic Producer. Leaving odd jobs and monotony behind, Felisha moved to NYC to chase after what some would dub an impossible dream from a Midwestern belle with little experience. Having moved to New York with only forty dollars to her name, Felisha knew she would be unable to maneuver and network with her limited funds. While networking at an industry event she landed a position at Elektra Entertainment Group in 2001. Felisha fearlessly left her job and began frequenting empowerment meetings and industry seminars scoring the connections that would ultimately aid in her efforts in launching her brainchild, Dynamic Producer, followed by Dynamic Songwriter soon thereafter. The new vision, Dynamic Producer Professional & Dynamic Songwriter Professional, launched in 2012 by Booker and for the first time anywhere began offering members one on one counseling from a dedicated team of on call music business, production, songwriting and mixing advisors. Booker has led herself and the organization to receive recognition from both industry professionals and sponsors alike, including: SESAC, Peermusic and Allhiphop just to name a few. Alumni from the organization have went on to place records with artists such as Mya, Chamillionaire, 50 Cent, Jay-Z, Beyonce and more.
