He is an innovation consultant, with exposure in telecom, banking, healthcare, and supply chain. He is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional and a software technology resource person. Cliff is the author of the book Sh*tty Places & Selfish People: 7 Rules of Engagement. He has two undergraduate degrees in Socio-Legal Sciences and Philosophy, two graduate degrees in Philosophy and Business, and certifications in Positive Psychology.

Prior to MediaTrust, Roland was Partner & VP Business Development at Tracking202, up until the company was acquired by Bloosky Interactive. Roland started his career as a Business Development Associate with GE Money Bank, where he oversaw a $400 million dollar book of business. 

    Roland serves as a Trustee for the Ros Foundation. He has a BA in Asian American Studies from UC Santa Barbara, and studied as an Executive Scholar at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
