Do you ever feel like you're constantly running on empty? I call it suck'n mud. Each of us has a Personal Reservoir, and each relationship has a Relationship Reservoir. There are numerous things in our lives that can drain these reservoirs, BUT... We can fill back up by engaging in what I call “Fillers.” Fillers are anything that leave us better off for having done it. Recognizing how much available time you have in a day to engage in fillers really should determine the kind and quality of fillers that you engage in.
