We all go through life with certain opinions, feelings and prejudices about other people and situations in the world around us. But are those opinions, feelings and prejudices true? Are they even healthy for us on a psychological and spiritual basis? Are these things truly our thoughts and feelings or are they the opinions of others that have been instilled within our minds? One might be surprised at how much they have been indoctrinated in their lives by family members, friends, peers, the media and even religion. Perhaps it's time to peel back the layers and find out who "YOU" really are!
