In this sort of two-parter episode, we talk about why it’s not good to shift the focus away from suicidal individuals, as well as an old story that I wrote about myself as two brothers (“split myself in two”). I use the story to attempt to help people overcome any desires to take their own life.

I’ve always said “do your mental homework,” and I’ve also given context for what it means.

In this episode, a share a true story of a guy who doesn’t do his homework of self-care and understanding, and what consequences he faces as a result, thus highlighting the importance of being able to stand on your own two feet and do some thinking on your own.

In one of my most heartfelt and emotional pieces of content to date, I talk about my observations between Etika and Reckful (two content creators who took their own lives due to similar circumstances), my own battle with suicidal thoughts, and a message of hope for people out there fighting their own battles with depression and suicide.
