Now that we really have no where to go, I’m doing date night at my place on Friday… In the Kitchen. I told my partner I wanna make Oxtail stew… and he just looked at me. I know I just grill and steam during the week but what’s so tricky about Oxtail? In fact, I want to know if it’s a good idea or do you have better suggestions?
