 A neighbourly parking dispute is causing tension in a complex. Every Friday, a woman at number 10 parks in one of the visitors’ bays apparently to keep the parking available for her visitors who arrive in a white BMW.

The problem is that another resident’s husband regularly uses that same visitors’ bay to park his company car.

So now there’s an argument over who gets to use the visitors’ parking the resident who wants to keep it available for her guests, or the person who has been using it as a regular parking spot?
