In college I was a personal trainer at the Auburn Campus Recreation and Wellness Center. I am so thankful for this time as I was able to take a Intro to Personal Training course where Laure Butcher was my teacher and then boss once I got my National Academy of Sports Medicine certification. This episode was a great time to catch up with Laure sash gave us all insight and perspective that she has on personal training.

He has been a teacher and a coach for 27 years, His experience in coaching and pushing athletes to be tougher individuals in all areas of life and mindset on 'making good Americans' is what sets him apart as a coach.
