Welcome! My name is Tim Doucette. I am an amateur astronomer with a passion for sharing and photographing the night sky.

My mission is to take you on a journey into the cosmos. To inspire you to gaze up at the stars and to give you a better understanding of the universe we live in. My hope for you, is that you will gain a new appreciation for our planet and all who share a place on this tiny blue dot we call home.

The Nova Scotia Golf Association is the governing body for Amateur Golf in Nova Scotia, Canada. We first met in 1930 and for many years has been working for the betterment of Amateur Golf.

Our Mission Statement: "To actively promote and administer the game of golf in Nova Scotia by providing quality leadership and direction to member clubs and association members and to act as the representative for all member clubs in the Royal Canadian Golf Association."

OBJECTIVES

-To promote, foster and develop golf at all levels in Nova Scotia.
-To provide a liaison between member clubs and the RCGA.
-To assist and consult with member clubs on: turf maintenance, handicap procedures, course slope and index rating, rule interpretation/assistance, junior development.
-To organize and conduct tournaments, in co-operation with member clubs, that will determine Provincial Champions
