Higher education is often considered one of the main drivers of a nation’s productivity. Individuals with tertiary education are seen as more skilled, knowledgeable, and overall, more valuable in a workforce. As such, the expansion of higher education is an important priority for many countries, however, there are still many, who lack access and opportunities to higher education.
