When the image in our head of how our life is supposed to look now differs from how it actually looks, it can cause a lot of pain.
But worse than that, it can keep us stuck in pain and not give our body the best opportunity for conception.
When you struggle to conceive it feels like it strips us of the right to choose a life that we desperately want to experience.
So today I wanted to show you why accepting where you are at now, can actually be a huge benefit to trying to conceive, to feeling a whole lot better and to being able to make clear decisions.
