There’s plenty of advice on the Internet and scriptures for being in the middle of a fast but not about about what happens at the end. We must take gradual steps that we cannot jump all at once and we will undermine all of what we are fasting for. Day 90th special episode

In the time of Covid we have obsessed with being clean and bacteria free . Yet there has been one thing we as Christians have overlooked spiritual cleansing . Let’s use this time of solitude to grow closer to God by cleansing ourselves .

There are plenty of things that we feel are too small to bring to God . God wants to know and fix everything there isn’t anything too big or too small for God . Talk to God he listens , he cares
