Charlotte Mah is a physiotherapist and health coach who is passionate about using neuro drills to help ambitious, overwhelmed [mostly female!] professionals to bust stress for good by breaking the cycle of people pleasing and perfectionism so that they can start saying yes to themselves so that they can confidently create the lifestyle and relationships they desire!
Charlotte lives on beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia. One of the things that she values most about her work is meeting new people and helping them to feel supported and empowered in achieving their goals. She strongly believes that even when we love our career, we are meant to be living a life of balance!
